Easter Cookies

Thomas has to bring Easter cookies to his class party tomorrow. So the BOY CHEF (that's what Thomas calls himself in the kitchen) and the LADY CHEF (that's what Thomas calls me in the kitchen) got busy baking this morning.

He made Easter egg cookies for his class and used the leftover dough to make a few bunnies and other spring shapes.

They turned out pretty good.

Timothy supervised the baking and it wore him out! :)

3 Weeks!

Timothy turned 3 weeks old yesterday. I snapped these pictures after his very traumatic bath. He HATES a bath! I love his thinking face and tried to get as close up as I could in the pictures. It's too bad I can't get a picture of how cute he looks when he's on my shoulder for a burping. There's just nothing like the real thing.

Egg Hunt

Today's neighborhood Easter egg hunt was fun!
Timothy wore his cute shirt that says "Mommy thinks I'm a chick magnet." Notice his face in the picture. It definitely says why do you keep flashing that camera in my face you crazy woman?

Thomas got a TON of eggs and had a great strategy for collecting them. Between today's egg hunt and the one he's doing this week at his school, he'll be an expert by Easter day.

We had a quick family picture taken by the flower bed in the neighborhood. It's more difficult to get 4 people to all look at the same camera at the same time. :)

2 Weeks

Timothy was two weeks old yesterday and we had a little photo shoot to celebrate last night.




We also did a "preview" shot of Timothy in his Easter bib and bunny hat.

Bath Time

I finally got some close-ups of Timothy with his BLUE eyes open! We were giving him a little sponge bath and he was very alert and carefully watching us.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

1 Week

Timothy is 1 week old today. How our lives have changed in that week! We now have two sweet boys to love and split our time with. Thomas is a great big brother and is very loving toward Timothy. Timothy is a very calm baby so far and loves to sleep. He smiles a lot while he's drifting off to sleep and it's adorable!

HOME!

We're finally home and happy to be here. Timothy is doing well...he's a little jaundiced, so we have to keep feeding him and getting him near sunlight for a while. We'll take him to the pediatrician for the first time tomorrow. It's weird to be packing a diaper bag again.
Thomas is very loving to little Timothy and is such a great helper! We both missed him so much while we were in the hospital.

He's Here!

Timothy Allen Moon arrived this morning at 9:04am. He weighed in a 7lbs, 3oz, and he is 20 inches long. He is adorable! He looks a lot like Thomas did (they have different noses) and he is a great eater and sleeper thus far.
He's doing great and I'm doing better now that all of my nausea and vomiting have stopped (I hope).
