EPIC water balloon fight

Today was the day. Dropped the big boys off at baseball camp, went with the little boys to the pool, then came home to fill water balloons. Unfortunately, my 2 As Seen On TV purchases did not work so well together. I used our Pocket Hose to fill up the Balloon Bonanza and it totally sucked. The Pocket Hose just was not powerful enough to completely fill the balloons so they would not self-seal. Ugh. So on to plan B-me filling and tying 150+ water balloons. I was soaked!

But we picked up the big boys and they all were so excited!

After we finished off all the balloons, the kids were running back to the house and Thomas slipped in a mud puddle and hit his head on the sidewalk. I heard it hit from across the field! Poor guy had a big lump and a terrible headache so he was not much in the playing mood after that. But the other guys had a good time playing and snacking for a while. Thomas finally felt better about an hour and a half after everyone had gone home so he missed some of the fun. We'll have to do it again!
